Mr. Balfour Manuel is a Director on the Board of Blue Dart Aviation Limited and the Managing Director of Blue Dart Express Limited, the holding company of Blue Dart Aviation Limited. A seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience at Blue Dart, he has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and success since its inception.

Before his appointment as Managing Director on January 23, 2019, Mr. Manuel served as the Chief Executive Officer. He previously held the position of Senior Vice President, where he was responsible for managing the company’s key business-to-business (B2B) customer segment—an essential part of Blue Dart’s operations. In addition, he spearheaded strategic growth and business development initiatives as part of his general management responsibilities for the Western region of India.

Mr. Manuel holds a Master’s degree in Business Management, with a specialization in Marketing, from the University of Mumbai.
