Qualification : B.COM., / M.COM / Semi qualified professional course.
Experience : Excellent academic background. Around five years.
Age : Less than 30 years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PAYROLL PROCESS :

  • Validation of HR Documents with Payroll Master Values
  • Employees Bank Details / PAN Details Validation
  • Increment/Promotion/Ex-gratia letters validations
  • Follow-up with Location for timely submission of Form-C and Form-B
  • Preparation of Consolidated FORMC for Special Pay upload
  • Coordinating with HR and Location accountants for smooth process
  • Monitoring LOP case for HO/FIN employees and updating to HO-HR on monthly basis
  • FORMB – Resigned/Retired employees full and final validation & settlement
  • Passing Journal Voucher in Navision
  • Supporting in Employees Salary disbursement through RTGS/NEFT & Cheque payment
  • Supporting in Validation of Employees Tax declaration & Proof documents for finalization of their Income Tax in HRIS
  • Validating Upstairs Reimbursement Vouchers and Tracking
  • PAYROLL COMPLIANCE & AUDITS

  • Updating Payroll Compliance report on monthly basis to the Management
  • Statutory Payment tracking (TDS, PF, ESI, PT, LWF, BONUS)
  • Monitoring and ensuring Timely filing of Statutory Returns
  • Providing PF Data for Portal Updation
  • Providing ESI Data for Portal Updation
  • Preparing Internal and Statutory Audit Schedules
  • Attending Internal & External Auditors as per their audit requirements
  • Handling Compliance Portal Related to Payroll
  • VALUATION OF GRATUITY & LEAVE ENCASHENT

  • Collating Leave data from the respective location accountant & HR Team
  • Gratuity Data Base / settlement track
  • Coordinating with Actuary & Audit Team for finalization of Leave encasement and Gratuity.
  • PAYROLL EMPLOYEES BENEFITS SETTLEMENTS

  • Preparation of Gratuity Claim form and coordinating with LIC/BOM for claim process
  • Issuance of Gratuity Cheque to the employees/nominees
  • Gratuity Bank A/c Tracking / Reconciliation.
  • Monitoring Employees Gratuity Transfer in & out
  • Group Term Life cover Policy Renewal / Member Movement and Tracking
  • Disbursement of Bonus & Filing Bonus Returns
